Greek Feast

Despite it's title as the "Greek Feast," this menu actually highlights the fresh cuisine of the entire mediterranean. Garlicky dips and stuffed-phyllo pies, fish with lemon, and roasted lamb capture the spices from the Greek Islands all the way to North Africa. The "Greek Feast" also encompasses the idea of a wide variety of little plates or appetizers followed by the heavier main course.
